MY EQUIPMENT
I am currently shooting with the latest Canon EOS - Camera Obscura or EOS CO-1D
Mark II, a tried and true design. This "magic black box" is capable
of pulling stunning imagery from the "ether." I have also used it to
"steal the souls" of many hundreds of unknowing individuals. You can see
some of my best work in my
gallery.
In fact, I shoot everything digitally. Beyond that, the only piece of
equipment which concerns me are the Ocular Orbs planted inside my skull (my
eyes). Camera equipment is constantly changing and evolving, and I always stay
abreast of the latest in technology. However, none of that helps me see
the image and know when to press that little "button-thingy" on the
top of the camera.
For many years I used film, I now shoot digitally. This is what my
customers want. Digital has also increased my freedom as a photographer and
allowed me to further
experiment with the medium.
However, if you know where I can get my hands on a Camera
Obscura, I would love to see what images I could wrangle from it - after all,
in the end, its not the equipment that matters, but the final image.
